Thinking Outside, Inside
and Around the Box™

In this program, your team members will learn how to think more creatively every day. This program helps participants identify the "boxes" that limit and shape their thinking (and very often get in the way of creative thinking). They will also learn and experience techniques to help them think "outside, inside, and around" their boxes. This is a highly interactive workshop, full of hands-on (and brains-on) activities, ideas, insights, and practical tools that you can put into practice right away.

Urban Adventure™

The Urban Adventure is designed to get your team literally and physically “out of the box.” After a quick "orientation", your team will embark on a foot excursion through some of the most creative areas of Columbus. During the adventure, your team will have a variety of assignments to complete that will challenge its ideas and perceptions of your business. This is not a scavenger hunt. Rather, it is a sensory experience designed to spark new thinking by engaging your team in exploration, discovery, and discussion. The adventure starts with an “interactive” lunch at a nearby restaurant and winds its way through the Arena District, North Market, and Short North area before returning to sparkspace for a quick debrief and a fun team presentation.
