CycleWorks™

We consider this the ultimate team event, because the outcome not only helps your team, it uplifts the community. During this event, the group is divided into three sub-teams, each with distinct roles. The goal is for the entire team to assemble a bike, piece by piece, with each sub-team working on their assigned part of the bike. About half-way through the process, the team discovers that the bike will be donated to a local charity (shhh, don't tell them ahead of time!). This revised "goal" often changes the group dynamic and encourages even more interaction and collaboration throughout the group.

Rock & Roller Coaster™

This unique team development event is centered on the concepts of innovation, coaching and giving feedback, collaboration, effective communication and sharing of information. The Rock & Roller Coaster Program uses K’nex toy building products as the focal point of this highly engaging event. Using this fun and familiar construction toy, the team must design, build, and test a modern day roller coaster.

QBQ!®


Based on the best selling book, QBQ! is a fantastic program that will engage your team members to realize that they have more power than they realize to make a positive difference in your organization. This workshop is presented via a unique combination of video based training by QBQ! book author John Miller and live facilitation from a sparkspace facilitator. The QBQ! program can help any team make personal accountability a core value within their organization. This content rich program goes beyond the common topics of customer service, team building, supervisory skills, sales techniques, and motivation/attitude to lay a foundation for delivering concrete results in every arena.
